The wine comes from biodynamically farmed vines planted at tight density, which concentrates the fruit and limits production to just over 7,600 bottles.
The wine opens with spice and floral notes, particularly violet and rose, alongside dark cherry and blackberry skin. On the palate it shows real structure and grip, with dark cocoa and baked blueberry flavors held in check by firm, sandy tannins that make it a natural partner for red meat. What distinguishes this bottling is its energy and momentum, propelled by fresh acidity that keeps the wine moving through the finish, where chewy tannins and floral concentration linger without heaviness. This is a wine built for aging, best approached from 2029 onward, though its youthful vibrancy is already compelling.
